Gallatin AI will deliver an agentic AI-powered logistics planning platform to US Army Europe and Africa under a new Defense Innovation Unit contract.
The award centers on Navigator, an AI tool designed to forecast supply requirements, recommend courses of action, and optimize logistics operations.
Initially, Navigator will support the Eastern Flank Deterrence Initiative by coordinating medical supply deliveries and casualty evacuation across the theater while adjusting plans in response to changing operational demands.
“Gallatin has spent the last year proving Navigator under the stress and real-world conditions of demanding combat training center rotations,” Gallatin chief executive Woody Glier said.
“We are excited to apply that capability to the challenges of theater-level sustainment, where decisions span entire campaigns and the bar for agentic decision support is highest.”
As part of the effort, Gallatin will work with Scale AI, whose generative AI platform will validate Navigator’s recommended courses of action against mission context during joint planning.
Awarded through the Joint Sustainment Decision Tool program, the contract builds on Gallatin’s earlier work on predictive battlefield logistics.
