Texas-based Rackspace Technology has deployed RAISE, an AI-powered cybersecurity engine designed to help spot and stop digital threats with defense and critical infrastructure in mind.

The system blends human expertise with machine speed and precision, analyzing signals and catching attack patterns that traditional tools often miss.

It also generates context-rich alerts, including probable causes, attack paths, and recommended next steps, giving security teams faster, more confident responses.

Unlike static defenses, RAISE keeps learning from every incident, creating an adaptive, self-improving system. Over time, this approach makes detection, response, and communication smarter and more resilient, critical for defense-grade cybersecurity operations.

The company has already plugged the engine into its 24/7 Cyber Defense Center, which tracks and coordinates threats across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.

‘End-to-End Threat Detection’

Commenting on the recent milestone, Rackspace Technology Public Cloud President Dharmendra Sinha said the move reflects the company’s years of experience in advancing data insights and proprietary tools.

He emphasized that these tools deliver continuous, real-time protection that can keep up with today’s rapidly evolving digital threats.

“These enhancements provide a seamless, end-to-end experience, from threat detection to resolution, which is not only efficient but also easy for stakeholders across the business to understand and act on,” Sinha stated.

Supporting Defense

The launch builds on Rackspace’s collaboration with South Carolina AI company SMPL-C to simplify cybersecurity compliance for government agencies and the defense industry.

The team will leverage automation, advisory support, and security operations to make assessments, documentation, and evidence tracking faster, easier, and more reliable.
