Leidos and Rune Technologies are combining their artificial intelligence platforms to help military commanders in the Indo-Pacific anticipate logistics needs before they disrupt operations.
The integrated capability targets the region’s unique sustainment challenges, including those created by long distances, dispersed forces, and extensive maritime operations.
The solution combines Rune’s AI-enabled predictive logistics and sustainment mission command software with Leidos’ AI-driven decision support and course-of-action generation tools, giving commanders greater visibility into sustainment operations.
“Sustaining forces across the vast distances of the Indo-Pacific requires the ability to understand logistics demand before it affects mission execution,” Leidos Senior Vice President of Airborne & Mission Solutions Jason McCarthy said.
The partnership reflects Leidos’ NorthStar 2030 strategy, which focuses on AI-enabled decision advantage, mission software, and operational readiness.
